Been Sued? Control Your Defense Costs with Savings-Based Fees

Flat $15,000 all-in through discovery, plus a decreasing success fee only on the money you save — no trial fee.

How the Defense Model Works

  • $15,000 flat fee covers your case through discovery — no hourly billing.
  • Decreasing success fee on the amount saved compared to your exposure.
  • The $15,000 fee is credited toward any success fee due.
  • No trial fee.
  • No savings = no success fee.

Example

If your exposure is $500,000 and you settle for $200,000, your savings are $300,000. The success fee applies to those savings only, and the $15,000 flat fee is credited against it.

Tiered schedule: 10% on the first $250k saved, 7.5% on savings up to $1M total, 5% above $1M.
