Associate
Brian P. McLaughlin
Brian is from Wampum, PA. He served our country in the Marines right out of
high school, achieving the rank of Sergeant. After the military, he obtained a
bachelor’s in political science (Cum Laude) from Slippery Rock University
(2019) and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law (2022).
Brian is licensed in both PA and Ohio and is admitted to practice in all three
federal districts in Pennsylvania. At The Skeen Firm, Brian runs the civil
litigation section and is typically lead counsel on all litigation matters. He has
litigated diverse matters in state and federal court across Pennsylvania. From
constitutional cases, business litigation, medical malpractice, products
liability, and general tort, Brian can, and has, handled it all against the biggest
firms.
Brian also combined his career with his love for the outdoors with The Skeen
Firm’s “Hunting For Justice” initiative: Game commission violations, hunting
products liability, hunting accidents, and property disputes. Brian, a seasoned
hunter and thus already a subject matter expert, dominates this niche area of
law.
Brian is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and in his free time likes to
hunt and fish with friends and family.
